WHY WE DO IT

One team for your website, email and IT

Most small businesses do not have an IT department. They have an owner who knows a bit, a nephew who knows a bit more and a list of passwords on a sticky note. That works right up until the email stops, the domain expires or a new starter needs setting up on Monday morning.

Our IT services in Stoke-on-Trent grew out of the web work we already do. We were already registering domains, setting up email and fixing DNS for the 200+ businesses we look after. It made sense to offer practical small business IT alongside it, so our clients have one team to call instead of three.

We are not a giant managed service provider and we do not pretend to be. We are a practical, approachable studio that sorts things out, explains what we did and makes sure it does not happen again.

WHAT WE DO

Small business IT, without the jargon

Three areas cover most of what our clients need help with.

WHY IT MATTERS

Why your website, email and domain belong together

Your domain name sits underneath everything. It points visitors to your website, tells the world where to deliver your email and proves to other mail servers that your messages are genuine. When those settings are spread across different suppliers who never talk to each other, small changes cause big problems.

We see it often: a new website goes live and the email stops, or a domain renewal lands in an old inbox nobody checks. When one team looks after the lot, those problems simply do not happen, and when something does go wrong there is no finger-pointing about whose job it is.

  • One point of contact for web, email and domains
  • Changes planned so nothing breaks
  • Records of what is set up and where
  • UK hosting with Cloudflare protection
